Patrick is our expert in Litigation and Dispute Resolution and he possesses extensive experience handling a wide range of legal actions, spanning from District Court cases to matters within the Commercial Division of the High Court. Our expertise encompasses diverse areas such as licensing issues, commercial litigation, contractual disputes, as well as proceedings related to injunctions, specific performance, and enforcement.

Patrick has particular experience in the areas of racing and the equestrian industries. He is currently legal advisor to Eventing Ireland. He regularly appears before the Turf Club (IHRB) representing owners, trainers and jockeys in various disciplinary matters.
